Super Mario Bros. 3 Now Available, Everywhere

Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 should now be available for purchase
at most stores, and the eReader cards should be popping up in stores this week. Enjoy!

New Donkey Konga Footage

The NCL webpage for Donkey Konga
has been updated with what appears to be a Donkey Konga commercial. Go visit the site and
click on the weird little DK logo and bubble, which is a link to a video file.

Mario Enters the Hollywood Wax Museum

It seems that the Hollywood Wax Museum, the famous B-ticket attraction of southern California,
will soon be getting a Mario wax figure. Aren't you excited?

GameCube / Zelda Package Coming Nov. 17th

Starting November 17th, Nintendo will be packing the Legend of Zelda collection disc with
GameCube systems. There is still no word on whether or not this disc will be made available in
any other way. As mentioned before, the disc will contain The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II: The
Adventure of Link, Ocarina of Time,
and Majora's Mask; as far as we can tell, the
Master Quest version of Ocarina of Time will not be included.

Nintendo / Bandai Update

From Japan, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun is reporting that Nintendo acquired their Bandai shares
from Mattel. If you remember, Mattel had agreed to distribute Bandai's Wonderswan in the USA
a few years back, but that nothing ever came of the deal. It seems that Mattel had made an
investment in Bandai at the time of their agreement, but that they may no longer care for that
investment.

NCL's Retailer Conference

Last week in Japan, NCL ran an informational conference for game and toy retailers.
Little new information was given out, although it was announced that the Nintendo Club program
would be running a "Hot Mario Campaign". As part of this special promotional campaign within
a promotional campaign, Nintendo will be giving away a limited release GBA version of the
original Super Mario Bros. What this means, exactly, is something none of us are all
that sure of.

Even More Wacky Game Deals

Toys R Us is currently running a "buy two, get one free" deal on all Game Cube titles in stock.
If you visit their website, however, the deal is restricted to a much smaller list of titles.
Visit your local TRU and take a look. The also have a "two GBA titles for $25" deal going on,
but most of the games that could be purchased as part of that deal can be found at other places
for $9.99 each.

In addition, it appears that Electronics Boutique is now selling
Star Fox Adventures for a mere $10
over on their website. While many of us were
severly unimpressed with the game, it might be worth a $10 purchase.
